Is VIPValdi free to use?
Yes. Browsing and sending booking requests is free for guests. Some venues may require a deposit for certain bookings — always shown clearly before you confirm anything.
Is my booking instant?
No — and that's deliberate. Venues confirm each request personally, so a confirmation means a real table, not an algorithm's guess. You'll be notified as soon as they respond.
What does “pending verification” mean?
It means we haven't yet confirmed every detail with the venue directly. We show the status honestly instead of presenting unverified data as fact.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Yes. Every request comes with a private page where you can track its status and cancel — no account, no phone calls.
